Please fill out this form by entering your first and last name, email address, and the session and time slot you are playing. Be sure to select your preferred T-shirt size and the wording you would like printed on it. Once we collect all members’ requests, we will email you with the actual cost of the T-shirt. After you confirm and complete the payment via e-transfer, we will place the order and deliver your T-shirt to you at your session.

Submission are open for session 2 members only.

Note: These T-shirts are pre-shrunk. Turn the T-shirt inside out when washing, and use low heat when drying to prevent further shrinkage.
